2. Services Overview
AIHomePoint provides the following:
- AI Device Services: professional setup, configuration, and maintenance of AI-enabled devices.
- Information Products: digital guides, tutorials, and online courses relating to AI home devices.
- Physical Goods: AI-enabled hardware products purchasable through the Site.
3. Purchasing and Access
3.1 AI Device Services
All requests for services must be made via our contact form. Details of the service, schedule, and any prerequisites will be confirmed in writing. Services will commence only after acknowledgment from both parties.
3.2 Information Products
Access to digital guides and online courses is granted upon full payment of the applicable fees. Content access details will be delivered electronically.
3.3 Physical Goods
Orders for hardware products are processed upon completion of checkout and available payment confirmation. Shipping timelines will be communicated at purchase.
4. Refund Policy
We value customer satisfaction. This section explains our refund guidelines for different offerings:
4.1 AI Device Services
Refunds are available only if a service cancellation notice is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after confirmation of cancellation. If the service was partially delivered, a pro-rated fee may apply. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule the service once at no additional charge, subject to availability.
4.2 Information Products
Digital products are non-refundable after content access has been granted. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please notify us within 7 days for troubleshooting. If access cannot be restored, a full refund will be processed.
4.3 Physical Goods
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 5 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon verification of the defect. Shipping fees for sending defective items back will be covered by AIHomePoint.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Service cancellations and rescheduling requests must be sent via our contact form. Requests received at least 48 hours before appointment may be rescheduled once without penalty. Late requests or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
6. Amendments
AIHomePoint reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site with the revision date. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
